Who is this Jason Niedle guy?

Jason is a creative director whose purpose is to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

With over twenty years of experience helping corporations, nonprofits, and individuals visually communicate, he is responsible for several thousand book designs, hundreds of calendars, countless corporate brands and websites, numerous video productions, and was an integral lead in hundreds of projects, with over 100 cumulative design and photography awards to show for it. He is both creative and, with a philosophy degree, logical: from leading the design of a one million man-hour project that is intended to last more than 10,000 years; to leading large groups of highly successful entrepreneurs. He has founded several businesses, including Tethos, a communication design agency based in Orange County, California.

As a member-leader within the world's most prominent entrepreneur's organization, EO, for 15 years, Jason is passionate about social entrepreneurship and the experiences & opportunities it provides.

Jason provides value to organizations by using effective strategy combined with powerful visuals to make a positive difference in the world. The combination of decades of business experience and creative direction combined with a philosophy background have led him to become a leader in the field of Message Design. Jason was, in fact, was the lead author of the first modern textbook on the subject, Message Design: Strategically Planning Individual Communications, which offered the first chapter of a book delivered via Twitter, as well as the first known "magazook" book format.

Over the years, Jason has "driven" a 453-foot long Navy warshipperformed at Carnegie Hall, climbed Africa’s tallest mountain, and was even recently married in four culturally authentic ceremonies in four weeks on four different continents. This simple concept of a “Wedding World Tour” not only made him an official member of Kenya’s famed Maasai tribe, but also led to their upcoming book on how anyone can find and create better relationships.

His photography has been seen on several magazine covers and in books & calendars. Yet this is one aspect of his creativity that remains separate from his business life; photography is and will remain his creative outlet, done only for love of the craft.

Jason is passionate about ideas that change the world. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor, teaching communications at one of the top universities on the West Coast, Chapman University. And as Creative Director at Tethos, he combines his love of visual communications with his passion for helping others. Their first client was Sir Richard Branson’s charity Virgin Unite, and Tethos helped Virgin raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in one night. Jason believes that the only types of arrangements that we should chose are those which are win/win/win: where we can forward towards our personal goals, serve the goals of his clients/partners, and at the same time help the planet and its inhabitants.

Ultimately, though, Jason is most proud of his role as husband and father.

Please feel free to contact Jason to discuss your win/win/win project.
